To alleviate fear, pain, and suffering of animals and to promote animal protection and the prevention of cruelty to animals. To research, promote, and document all facets of Texas history. |

Areas of Funding |
Innovation, collaboration and spread of best practices in the area of Companion Animals, with a primary emphasis on spay/neuter, with special attention given to feral and free-roaming cats. Also fund emergency relief for companion animals in times of natural disasters/mass cruelty (e.g., hoarders)/pet victims of violence. Limited sponsorships for regional or larger outreach conferences regarding companion animals and wild animals. Do not fund capital campaigns. Wildlife protection funding is limited to mountain lions, bobcats, coyotes, and black bears: special emphasis on research and advocacy. Marine wildlife funding is limited to marine mammals. |
