Restrictions |
Organizations must have completed at least one year of actual animal care. The Foundation does not fund lobbying or indirect costs, government agencies, activism, or litigation. Funding requests for exotics, species not indigenous to the United States or land acquisition will not be considered. The Foundation only funds organizations which spay and neuter all animals before adopting them out, before they leave the Shelter. |
